Q1: What types of English courses do you offer?
We offer English language lessons for both children and adults, focusing on fluency, confidence, and real-world communication. Our courses range from beginner to advanced levels.
Q2: Are the lessons online or in-person?
Our lessons are live Zoom sessions, allowing you to learn from anywhere. In-person lessons may also be available in select locations.
Q3: How do the live Zoom lessons work?
Each paid Course Bundles includes 10 live Zoom lessons per month valid for 6months. Learners can book their lesson times using our online booking calendar on the website, making it easy to schedule sessions at their convenience.
Q4: Do you offer a free trial or subscription benefits?
Yes! When you subscribe, you receive 3 days of free English lessons. After the free days, a fee is charged for continued access to the lessons. NB: For family package we offer 2 days instead.
Q5: How long is each lesson?
Lessons typically last 30-45 minutes for children and 45-60 minutes for adults.
Q6: What is the class size?
We offer one-on-one private lessons and small group classes to ensure personalized learning.
Q7: How do I enroll in a course?
You can easily sign up through our website by filling out a registration form and selecting a package that fits your needs.
English for Children
Q1: What age groups do you teach?
We offer courses for different age groups:
- 3-5 years (Early Learners – Songs, Games, and Basic Vocabulary)
- 6-10 years (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- 11-14 years (Grammar, Writing Projects, and Conversation)

Our lessons follow the principle of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (UNSDG4) – Quality

English for Adult
Q1: I am a complete beginner. Can I still join?
Absolutely! We have courses for all levels, including complete beginners.
Q2: What type of English do you teach for adults?
We offer courses in:
- Conversational English (daily life, travel, and social interactions)
- Business English (professional communication, emails, and presentations)
- Exam Preparation (IELTS, TOEFL)
Q3: Will I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes! Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate of Participation (applies if you study English for more than 6months).
Q4: How long will it take to become fluent?
Learning speed varies by individual. With regular practice, most students see improvement within a few months.
Q5: Can I take private one-on-one lessons?
Yes! We offer private lessons tailored to your specific learning needs. This applies to you who purchase a Premium package.
Payment & Policy
Q1: How much do the courses cost?
Prices vary by course and lesson type. For children monthly package expect at least SEK 699 / month. For Adult monthly package expect at least SEK /599. We do offer a family package too. Please contact us for detailed pricing information. Or view our pricing page for more pricing details.
Q2: What does the paid package include?
The paid package includes 10 live Zoom lessons with expert instructors. Learners can book lesson times using our online booking calendar.
Q3: What happens after the 3 days free course?
After your 3 days free trial, a subscription fee is charged for continued access to lessons.
Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, google pay, apple pay and bank transfers.
Q5: Can I pay monthly instead of making a one-time payment for 6 months?
While our standard payment option is a one-time payment for the full 6 months, we understand that flexibility is important. If you’re interested in a monthly payment arrangement, please get in touch with us directly, we’ll be happy to explore the available options with you.
Q6: Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Yes. However, we do not offer refund if you have started the first lesson after your free trial has ended. We refund full money back only if you notify us before starting the lesson.
