  1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below. Please read carefully to understand the eligibility criteria for refunds.

 

  1. Subscription Services

 

2.1 Monthly Subscription Fees

If applicable, Subscription fees for access to our educational content and services must be paid in advance by the 30th of each month for the upcoming active month. As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable.

 

2.2 Refund Eligibility 

Refunds for monthly subscription fees may be granted under the following circumstances:

– If you cancel your subscription before accessing any course content for the upcoming month.

– If there is a proven technical issue on our platform that prevents you from accessing purchased content and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

– If you were charged due to a billing error caused by us.

 

2.3 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

  1. Digital Products (E-books, Audiobooks, and Other Downloadable Content)

 

3.1 No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of e-books, audiobooks, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

 

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital products may be considered in the following cases:

– If you purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded or accessed it.

– If the product is defective or contains significant errors that render it unusable.

– If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same product.

 

  1. Physical Educational Products

 

4.1 Return Eligibility

Physical educational products (e.g., books, workbooks, learning kits) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

 

4.2 Refund Process 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@eddac.se  to obtain a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

– Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

– Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotion.

– Clearance or final sale items.

 

  1. Live Lessons and Meet-ups

 

5.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live lesson or meet-up, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson with no refund.

 

5.2 Zoom Session Attendance Policy

Unattended or unscheduled live Zoom lessons must be used within the month they are scheduled and will not be carried over to the following month. Once a course bundle is purchased, all live lesson slots for each month expire at the end of that month and cannot be rolled over or refunded if unused.

 

5.3 Refunds for Live Lessons

Refunds for live lessons will only be issued under the following conditions:

– If the lesson was canceled by us and an alternative session cannot be provided.

– If you experience persistent technical issues caused by our platform that prevent you from attending the lesson.

– Your full name and account details

– Order number or payment receipt

– Reason for the refund request

– Any supporting documentation or screenshots.

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
